We are looking for a Business Analyst Regulatory/Front Office.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in regular reviews and audits to maintain the accuracy and integrity of payroll data implementing feedback and lessons learned to enhance overall payroll processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for financial projects.
• Conduct data analysis to extract insights and trends relevant to financial decisionmaking.
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting forecasting budgeting and risk assessment.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency in financial operations.
• Communicate with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives.
• Participate in financial projects managing timelines resources and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of Treasury products (Money Market Issue) and their life cycle
• Experience with Cash products in a RFR context (calculation of capitalized rates in arrear convention for fixings etc.)
• Experience in FO Project Management on a Market software package (knowledge of Kondor will be an asset)
• Experience on Pricing issues: P&L Sensi Accrued calculation.
• Mastery of SQL and Knowledge of Sybase and XML
• Good communication in French and English (spoken and written)
