Required Experience/Skills:
- 15+ years' experience in US pharma & biotech industry.
- Experience working with Life Sciences clients in Patient engagement, commercial analytics and reporting.
- Experience working with cross functional team Field teams, Brand teams and Market Access teams.
- Responsible for deep engagement with clients in business/functional areas, aligning capabilities to address their needs.
- Strong familiarity with a broad range of structured and unstructured data sources, viz. IQVIA Sales, Claims, RWE, CRM Activity, Formulary Tier, Lives, CLM Data, Digital Media, Nielsen, etc. to help drive actionable insights for customers
- Passionate about solving client business problems leveraging analytics, data, automation, platforms and building solutions in-house or through potential strategic partnerships.
- Experience in Product development, solution asset creation, Customer Xperience workshops
- Agile mindset and behavior to effectively collaborate with Product team and business stakeholder(s)
