Should be at client location for 2-3 days and can WFH for rest
Visas Accepted: OPT EAD / H4 EAD / EAD / GC EAD / GC / USC / TN Visa
Job Description-
- 5- 7 years of experience.
- Mandatory Experience in HR Domain Data
- Understanding of HR systems or having worked on HR systems Data specifically Workday Taleo Payroll etc . Datawarehouse, Prism
- Mandatory Strong understanding of SQL databases DW and ETL technologies
- Mandatory Strong experience with MS Excel proficient in the use of functions pivot tables and PowerPoint
- Mandatory Understanding of how data can be retrieved from an API platform
- Nice to have Critical thinking mindset high attention to detail even in high pressure fast paced sprints
- A collaborative nature and team orientation Deft navigation of data challenges procurement cleaning transforming and ingesting
- A confident communicator strong written and verbal English a self-starter
