As a Business Analyst you will be an integral part of our dynamic team working closely with both business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions. *** This is an onsite 5 days a week role***
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business needs system processes and operational impacts for various clients and projects.
Seek out and pursue new partnerships projects and opportunities that align with our vision and goals.
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion ensuring quality timeliness and stakeholder satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of each program/account identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Oversee the management and optimization of applications and conduct intensive research and analysis of new methods and technologies to enhance productivity.
Deliver analytical support and insights and proactively identify and respond to emerging business trends and opportunities. Plan and prioritize the work schedule for the team and adhere to the project timeline and deadlines.
Regulatory Compliance: Keep abreast of the latest healthcare regulations compliance standards and industry best practices. Ensure that reconciliation processes comply with all relevant rules and policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders communicate effectively and address their needs concerns and feedback.
Travel occasionally as required but not frequently.
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Information Technology.
Demonstrated success in performing business analysis or similar functions.
Experience working in lifesciences ideally in pharmaceuticals
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems effectively.
Outstanding communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Proficiency in using various business analysis tools and techniques.
Understanding of project management best practices and frameworks.
Experience in working with data analysis and reporting tools.
Additional credentials such as CBAP or PMIPBA are desirable.
