Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst with a specialized focus on the pharma biotech and science sectors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leveraging business skills to navigate the intricacies of the life sciences industry ensuring successful investments and strategic decisionmaking.

1. Market Analysis Conduct indepth analysis of the pharma biotech and science sectors to identify emerging trends market opportunities and potential risks. Provide comprehensive reports and insights to inform investment decisions and support the development of Humain Ventures portfolio.

2. Due Diligence Collaborate with the investment team to perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities with a particular emphasis on understanding scientific aspects and business implications. Assess the feasibility and market potential of new ventures in the life sciences space.

3. Strategic Planning Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives working closely with portfolio companies to optimize their business strategies. Provide recommendations for business growth operational efficiency and market positioning.

4. CrossFunctional Collaboration Collaborate with Humain Ventures crossfunctional teams including scientific experts and business professionals to facilitate effective communication and integration of knowledge.

5. Continuous Learning Stay abreast of advancements in the pharma biotech and science industries ensuring a deep understanding of the evolving landscape. Proactively seek opportunities for professional development and knowledge enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance Life Sciences or a related field.
• Prior experience or exposure to the pharma biotech or science sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex scientific information int business insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with divers teams.
