Bulk Merchandiser - Womens wear

• Create and manage TNA and delivery timelines with buyers raw material suppliers vendors and manufacturers
• Follow up on orders with vendors customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and ontime delivery
• Create and maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and bulk manufacturing
• Negotiate with vendors on costs and payment terms and maintain strong SLAs
• Assist in product development with factory mills. Maintain uptodate mill history and capability
• Maintain performance registry of vendors and constantly seek improvements in timelines quality and costs
• Identify problems along the supply chain to understand and develop solutions to brands suppliers and manufacturers pain points
• Drive secondary research competitive analysis and sift through data to develop sourcing strategy

• 6 years of experience in sourcing product development and merchandising roles in large buying house Active wear Sports wear brand manufacturer or a similar startup
• Education background NIFT (top 5) or equivalent
• Deep understanding of and existing network in Sports wear Activewear and Sleepwear categories
• Strong business & problem solving acumen; possess an analytical mind
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and frameworks
• Open to work in all conditions (client offices or factory floors) and all stakeholders
• Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability for solutioning through dataled interventions and productfirst approach

• Previous experience of working in very fast and high responsibility setups
• Comfort with ambiguity and working across multiple time zones
• Previous experience in fashion apparel manufacturing and supply chain
