Position Summary:
This is a fulltime onsite role located in Lower Parel Mumbai. We are in search of a dynamic Brand Creative Manager for Marketing and Performance to lead our creative team and oversee the development of highimpact marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative visionary who excels in storytelling and has a proven track record of enhancing brand performance through compelling visuals and narratives. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing sales and product teams to craft strategies that drive brand awareness customer engagement and conversion across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative direction for marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with our brand identity values and performance objectives.
  • Manage the entire creative process from concept to completion including brainstorming designing and producing content for digital print and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to set creative strategies that enhance campaign effectiveness and drive measurable results.
  • Oversee the production of all creative assets ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Use data and performance metrics to inform creative decisions optimizing campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and creative best practices to keep our brand at the cutting edge of design and marketing innovation.
  • Lead mentor and inspire the creative team fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects including digital print and multimedia campaigns.
  • Expertise in branding and visual storytelling with a keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with web design principles and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and performance metrics with the ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of motivating a team and collaborating effectively across departments.
