Branch Manager
Surrey / Hampshire
Base salary £35000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £70000
Typically with at least 7 years’ experience the candidate will be expected to list and represent our clients to the highest standard. They will be expected to win business and take care of our clients throughout the sale process. Day to day they will be working to ensure high results from all staff members within the branch whilst working closely with the Assistant Branch Manager to achieve the branch target and objectives.
We don’t have separate departments with different functions delegated; our clients are managed and represented throughout the entire process by their manager who they entrusted with their business from the outset.
Generous working hours and holiday entitlements including a 5pm Friday finish and 4pm Saturday finish.
As an independent business all ideas are heard and talent is nurtured to provide scope for future progression and promotion internally.
