Job Summary
The ideal candidate will manage and ensure the smooth running of entire branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operations and profitability of the branch office.
- Manage and mentor all branch staff.
- Client relationship management and reporting
- Sale and Lease of properties in company s portfolio
- Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
- Secures the property and facility management briefs for the business.
- Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals
Requirements
- 1st degree in EstateManagement
- Chartered Membership of NIESV ESVRABON IFMA RICS
- Minimum of 1012 years real estate sales experience
- Solid salesperson
- Excellent communication skills
- Looks professional and presentable.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
- Sociable and confidential
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Knowledge of Abuja real estate market
1st degree in EstateManagement Chartered Membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS Minimum of 10-12 years real estate sales experience Very strong salesperson Excellent communication skills Looks professional and presentable. Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry Sociable and confidential Excellent relationshipmanagement skills
