Bookkeeper

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions using accounting software
• Prepare and send invoices to clients and customers
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts
• Generate financial reports for management review
• Monitor and manage payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Assist with annual audits and tax filings
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Communicate with vendors clients and internal stakeholders as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Office especially Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent data entry and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance
