First week
Monday Wednesday: 08:30 17:30
Thursday Friday: off
Saturday Sunday: 10:00 18:00

Second week
Monday Friday: 13:00 22:00
Saturday Sunday: off

Responsibilities:

• Use your natural sales skills to encourage customers to book during the call!
• Offer complete and professional assistance through phone/Email/WhatsApp to customers requests for support;
• Check approve and record rental requests and client information in the system according to internal procedures;
• Processing assigned reservation requests according to procedures and contacting clients by phone to complete the reservation;
• Offer guidance throughout the booking process;
• Offer call support during the car rental;
• Collaborate with other departments to share crucial information;
• Enhance customer relations including via social media channels if required;
• Consistently reach your sales targets.

Requirements:

• Advanced or Effective Operational Proficiency:in Romanian & English & French;
• A knack for communication both by phone and email;
• Excellent interpersonal skills you enjoy making new friends and interacting with customers even challenging ones;
• Patience and the ability to explain and assist;
• A strong sense of duty: You dont leave tasks halfway;
• Selfmotivation resilience and the ability to learn from setbacks;
• Experience in sales is a plus.
