Store Manager 3 years experience. Fashion School Graduate
salary range 35 45 K per month incentive based on performance
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Fashion Store Manager to join our team in Bangalore . As a Store Manager at House of Three your role is to be responsible for the overall management of the store staff merchandise customer service and achieving sales objectives.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the stores operations including sales customer service inventory management and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Followingup of daily sales reporting. weekly and monthly reports to higher management.
- Set and achieve sales targets monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
- Analyse market data and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies and differentiate our services.
- Managing client database and utilize information to increase sales and client contact
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Store Maintenance & Operations: Taking care of the general look of the store in terms of cleanness tidiness and efficiency in order to ensure the best image of products and store in line with the brand communication and promotion strategy.
- Ensuring an economical and operational effective management of the store in compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Controlling and managing the endtoend care & repair for the store
Billing & Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly reporting to the Brand Manager in an organized manner.
- Controlling the bank deposits reconciliation (bank transfers cash credit cards etc.)
- Performing backoffice activities such as data entry inter shop movements product delivery inventory check daily closures
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels conduct regular stock checks and manage replenishment orders.
- Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy in line with brand policies and procedures
Illustration & Designing Should know Sketching / illustrator / Photoshop / Clo3D / Canva / Adobe or other tools.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to create an appealing and inspiring shopping environment.

Skills and Requirements:
In order to deliver the main responsibilities of the role you will need the following skills:
- Diploma or degree in fashion.
- Proven experience in a retail company; a plus if it s in luxury or service environment
- Knowledge of logistic software or at least adaptable quickly to new systems/processes
- 3 to 5 years of luxury fashion retail management experience
- Proven ability to drive results and to develop people as well as turnover
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
- Strong customer relationship management and development as well as networking skills
- Passion for fashion luxury and a keen eye for style trends.
- Excellent person appearance (smart with a sense of individual style)
- Excellent English language skills (Other additional languages would be an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel Word and PowerPoint and of any ERP CRM software other sales tools and Billing software
- Team player able to collaborate with positivity openminded and fun
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Professionalism integrity and a commitment to maintaining client relationship

Other Important Considerations:
Renumeration < Rs 4 to Rs 5.5 LPA> Lakhs per annum (CTC)
Yearly Appraisal and increase in salary
NO PF/ No ESI < please confirm on this >

6 days work from Store. 1 day off per week only on weekday of your choice. 1 Paid leave a month.
Operational days and hours All days of the year. Bangalore store 10:30 to 7:30 PM on all days
Candidate can bring own laptop to work. Store laptop is used for billing and reports.
