Bilingual Medical Office Assistant (Disability Insurance)

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Medical Office Assistant for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

Hourly salary of $22.59
12month contract.
Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).
Flexible work schedule from 73 p.m. 84 p.m. or 95 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Process review and attach images to the correct claimant in navigator.
Handles expense payment as indicated in the invoice.
Setup AMS claim for different policies.
Research unidentified images.
Re send original documents under the request of case managers.
Handles any request to remove/move/search for images.
Handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Proactively reports any concerns that needs escalation to the management.
Handle other duties and functions as assigned by the Supervisor.
Handling emails in several group email inboxes.
Data entry (from claim forms to claims payment system Navigator).

What you will need to succeed:

Postsecondary education (college or university level) is required.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organization prioritization and planning abilities.
Flexible adaptable and able to cope with high workload volumes and conflicting deadlines.
Thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Able to work independently as well as within a team.
Fast learner who is analytical proactive and takes initiative.
Strong PC skills with experience using Adobe Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to probe investigate and take ownership of discrepancies/issues and see through to resolution.
Tact and diplomacy.
