We are currently looking for (13) Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of 24.34$
6month contract.
Fulltime: 37.50 hours per week.
Hybrid work: 2 days telecommuting and 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday).
Weekday training for 6 weeks: from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (subject to change).
Weekday schedule: rotating shifts between 8 am and 8 pm.
Schedule notice: Work schedules provided in advance.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of customer service.
Respond to customer needs via inbound calls emails and potential outbound followup services.
What you will need to succeed:
College degree university degree or certification.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Experience in a call center environment.
Customeroriented and solutionfocused.
Strong interpersonal skills Being a team player.
Great attention to detail.
Wellorganized and able to prioritize work.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Advanced computer and typing skills.
