Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for (13) Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $25.04.
12month contract.
Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).
Hybrid Work: 2 remote days and 3 office days (Tuesday to Thursday).
Training: 20 days on weekdays in a virtual environment from 9 am to 5 pm.
Weekday Shifts: Rotating between 8 am to 12 am.
Weekend Shifts: Rotating between 9 am to 9 pm.
Weekend Rotation: Changes every 3 to 4 weeks.
Advanced Notice: Work schedules provided 3 to 4 weeks in advance.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for responding to technical and Group Disability Claim inquiries via phone and email.
Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
Communicate effectively with plan members and plan sponsors in a composed and professional manner.
Retrieve relevant information from various systems.
Investigate and resolve inquiries within specified timelines.
Manage sensitive issues to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the confidentiality of private personal information.
Offer technical support for online claims submissions including password resets ID assistance and troubleshooting.

What you will need to succeed:

Customer focus and solution oriented.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Strong interpersonal skills team player.
Strong attention to detail.
Wellorganized and able to prioritize work.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient computer and keyboarding skills.
