We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $24.43.
12month contract.
Fulltime: 40 hours per week.
Weekday schedule: rotating shifts between 8 am and 8 pm.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Communicate effectively with plan members and plan sponsors in a calm and professional manner.
Access relevant information from various Manulife systems.
Research and resolve inquiries within specified timelines.
Handle sensitive issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain confidentiality of private personal information.
Provide technical support for online claims submission including password resets ID assistance and troubleshooting.
What you will need to succeed:
Postsecondary education
Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Customerfocused and solutionoriented.
Bilingual in English and French (oral and written).
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Strong interpersonal skills.
Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient computer and keyboarding skills.
Wellorganized and capable of prioritizing work.
Ability to meet deadlines.
