Bilingual Customer Service Agent

We are currently looking for (7) Bilingual Customer Service Agents for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $24.34.
6month contract.
Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).
Hybrid Work: 2 remote days and 3 office days (Tuesday to Thursday).
Weekday training for 5 weeks: from 9 am to 5 pm.
Weekday Shifts: Rotating between 8 am to 8 pm.

Responsibilities:
Handling of inquiries by phone from our customers and financial advisors regarding accounts products and procedures.
Providing an outstanding customer experience accurately and professionally.
Provide comprehensive information to callers resolving most queries on the first call by researching information on resource systems.
Meeting productivity and quality objectives established by the department as well as Customer Experience Call Audits.
What you will need to succeed:
Customer Service experience combined with meticulous attention to detail.
Background in the financial services industry with knowledge of investment products accessible to Canadian investors such as RRSPs and RRIFs.
A desire to learn and grow in a dynamic global company with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement adaptability and accepting regular coaching feedback.
Positive attitude and high energy.
Proficiency in technical knowledge and software navigation.
Effective communication skills including active listening understanding questions and probing for clarification to gain a deeper understanding.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a structured approach.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills fostering an environment of cooperation and innovation.
