Summary/Objective:


In this position Benefits / Office Administrator will be responsible for the endtoend recruitment process posting open positions on relevant job boards. This role includes managing candidate communication conducting preemployment tests and handling employee onboarding. Additionally it includes administering benefits addressing employee concerns managing performance systems and contributing to training and development initiatives. The position also involves staying updated on legal changes maintaining HRIS records and offering overall support to team members as well as being flexible to evolving job responsibilities.


Essential Functions:

  1. Post open positions on appropriate job boards including company website.

  1. Manage all incoming candidates including reviewing applications and resumes and scheduling interviews internally for promising candidates.

  1. Manage company email boxes reply to emails as appropriate and forward messages to the appropriate party.

  1. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials; add new employees to company software.

  1. Conduct preemployment tests for candidates.

  1. Manage and collaborate on employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives including office of the month program.

  1. Assist with the investigating of employee complaints questions and concerns and maintain contact with HR Team.

  1. Manage investigate and administer benefits for all employees

  1. Maintain performance management system and collaborate with leadership and HR Team to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

  1. Assist management staff with coordination training along side the HR team and utilization of software platforms in training and development of team members.

  1. Adapt update and review policies and procedures based on legal changes and company internal updates.

  1. Manage and maintain employee admin files on the company HRIS clean and review pull reports and analytics keep up to date.

  1. Manage all incoming mail and state notifications including responding to unemployment claims.

  1. Support all team members and crosstrain to learn additional responsibilities as needed.

  1. Assist and support the operational team with marketing and managing marketing platforms.

  1. Office management responsibilities.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibility.


Work Environment:

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.


Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to lift office products occasionally and supplies up to 20 pounds and to bend and stand as necessary.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a fulltime position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.







Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

  1. 24 years experience in Human Resources Office Administration and employee relations.

  1. Proficiency in HR software and systems.

  1. Possesses a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  1. Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  1. Handson experience in managing the recruitment process conducting onboarding sessions administering benefits programs and a proactive approach to HR problemsolving.

  1. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion are also essential for this position.



Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable):

Employee must be authorized to work in the United States and must possess a valid driver s license.
