• The BEH Therapist participates in observing reporting and recording patient behaviors.
• Responsible for providing highquality patient care including assessment psychodiagnosis treatment planning individual family and group therapies and discharge planning.
• Responsibilities also include helping to provide a safe and secure unit environment for all patients and staff in compliance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures
• Motivated to achieve the financial and operational objectives of the hospital.
• Must possess effective communication professionalism and interpersonal skills and ability to work with others to ensure quality patient care.

• Current LCSW LPC LBP or LMFT license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligible)
• CPR/AED
• MAB Managing Aggressive Behavior
• Masters Degree Preferred
• Reside or willing to relocate to Lawton Oklahoma
