Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Bar Manager for a popular Bar & Restaurant in heart of Galway City.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager or an Assistant Bar Manager ready to take their next step up.
The role:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Bar area
- Create work schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Foster a positive and cohesive team environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to patrons.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and introduce new and innovative drinks.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance including sales and expenses.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager / Assistant Bar Manager
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Indepth knowledge of the bar industry
- Familiarity with industry trends and innovations.
- Good understanding of financial management and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
