Banquet servers are responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, at venues or catering events. We need servers with exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude. Duties include:
Assist with the complete set up and breakdown of banquet areas, relay food and beverage orders, maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices, anticipate guests needs and exceed customer service expectations. Must be able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns. Last but not least, you must present yourself in a professional appearance and good mannerisms.
Must have a professional attitude. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must wear black pants, black long sleeve button up shirt (we have these available to rent or purchase!) and all black non-slip shoes.
