Backend Developer

1. Backend Development:

• Design develop and maintain efficient reusable and reliable backend code.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
• Implement serverside logic and data storage solutions.

1. Database Management:

• Design and maintain database architecture ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Optimize database queries for performance and scalability.
• Implement data security and access controls.

1. API Development:

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Integrate thirdparty APIs as needed.

1. System Architecture:

• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and reliable backend systems.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks security issues and system limitations.

1. Testing and Debugging:

• Write unit tests and conduct thorough debugging to ensure the reliability and security of backend systems.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including frontend developers UI/UX designers and product managers.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of backend services.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• X years of proven experience as a Backend Developer.
• Proficient in backend programming languages such as Java Python or Node.js.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Solid understanding of software development best practices.

• Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
