Job Description

As an Admin Assistant you will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes. Your role will involve meticulous data entry encompassing the review and fulfillment of contracts insurance certificates invoices and managing accounts payable and receivables.


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Night Shift: Mon Fri Mon Fri 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM PH time
Work Arrangement: Onsite Metro Manila/Baguio
Salary: PHP

What do you need to succeed
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or similar field.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems MS office and accounting software
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Highlevel written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques.

  • Performing data entry contract review and fulfillment review and data entry of contracts insurance certificates invoices accounts payable and receivables
  • Performing basic admin duties including but not limited to sending emails invoicing and reviewing Bill of Landing
  • Answering phones client and customer questions through email slack and other systems.
  • Closely monitoring Email and Slack communications
  • Customer and Client retention efforts or service
  • Assisting and coordinating with the team
  • Assisting the front office team
  • Assisting and supporting management
