This is a remote position.
LevareTech is seeking a skilled and motivated BackEnd Developer to join our growing team. As a BackEnd Developer you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining the serverside logic of our applications. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend elements with serverside logic. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software architecture database management and server deployment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain serverside projects and code bases that are performant and scalable .
Collaborate with Frontend developers in integrating backend features.
Implement data security and protection measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information.
Design and implement data storage solutions including databases keyvalue stores and caching mechanisms.
Optimize application performance through effective code and database optimization techniques.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers and other developers to deliver highquality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our development practices.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in Backend Development with a strong portfolio of past projects.
Proficient in serverside programming with Node.js.
Experience with relational and nonrelational databases (e.g. MySQL MongoDB Firebase Firestore etc. ).
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
