Position Purpose:
We are looking to hire an experienced Business to Business Expert who possesses the skills required to bring on new clientele. The ideal candidate must have confidence and discipline to coldcall potential customers as well as should possess consultative selling skills to engage potential customers in accordance to their needs and how our services can provide a solution for them. He/She will be responsible for generating leads through phone calls social media and emails.


Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Business Marketing or similar field
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.




Experience:
  • 1 year to 3 Years proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills (Expert Level)

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients through LinkedIn and Linkedin Sales Navigator and strategic outreach.
  • Having In depth Knowledge of Staff AugmentationTech partnerships and Alliances
  • Tailor solutions/products to address client needs and challenges effectively.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships for sustainable partnerships.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends on LinkedIn to drive sales strategies.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate estimates.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities understand clients requirements and acquisition.
  • Project price estimation quote proposal creation client communication follow up with existing or new prospects.
  • Collect and analyze the project s business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team.
  • Communicate with clients through voice/Video calls.
  • Manage cold email campaigns to nurture leads.
  • Document information according to standard operating procedures.


Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales utilizing LinkedIn for prospecting.
  • Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn and Direct Outreach
  • Capacity to grasp intricate client requirements and propose innovative solutions.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented mindset.
  • Generate new leads identify and contact decisionmakers screen potential business opportunities select deals in line with strategies lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
  • Solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent research prospecting and sales planning skills.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Superior writing editing and proofreading skills.
  • Follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
  • Additional command on Freelancing platforms (Upwork Fiverr Freelancer) would be a plus
  • Knowledge of drafting business proposals
  • Analyze marketing trends
  • Attention to detail
