JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Your Responsibilities as a B2B Sales Representative:
Identify potential business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the consulting or business services industry sector.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calls email campaigns networking events and other sales tactics.
Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients requirements and propose customized solutions.
Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients effectively.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Stay uptodate with industry trends competitive landscape and market dynamics.
Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and develop strategies to capture market share.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Provide excellent postsales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
