Data Sleek is seeking a Sales Manager (remote) to drive our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process including: Implementing the sale pipeline, developing different sales channels, active prospecting, qualification, evaluation and close. They will play an integral role in the continued success of the company by generating new business. Below is a list of job responsibilities and qualifications. This is a commission based position and is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
Develop different sales channels (Government contracts, Online Consulting Services)
Define and execute sales plans through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Effectively communicate the value proposition through demos, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients
Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move multiple transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and services
Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff
Understand company services and brand
Communicate results to leadership

Requirements
Qualifications / Skills:
3+ years experience selling tech services/solutions (Consulting services)
History of consistent achievement of sales goals
Experience with Monday or PipeDrive necessary
1-2 years experience with Active Campaignis required
Experience with Government bid/RFQ process a plus
Business Intelligence, Analytics or similar background/experience
Sales Cycle Expert. You develop and lead prospects by applying analytics to specific business issues
Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a sense of urgency
Team Player. You understand the need to work as a team for everyone to be successful.
Excellent Communicator. You know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say it
