JOB DESCRIPTION
RTA Fleet Management seeks a B2B Marketing Operations Manager. You have worked for a technology software (SaaS) or other brand that sells to other businesses. As a Marketing Operations Manager at RTA you will oversee the marketing tools data automation and marketing/ advertising integrations for the company. Youll ensure we are equipped to deliver across multiple marketing channels including Email marketing automation Content Marketing Events Video Partners and Creative. You have impeccable project management skills effectively planning prioritizing and working crossfunctionally to deliver results on time.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and manage our marketing automation platform (Hubspot) including various system integrations using Zapier.
Plan prioritize and execute various marketing operations projects and initiatives for your marketing stakeholders (data cleaning lead scoring etc.)
Design operational structures needed to drive marketing qualified lead volume holistically across all channels (e.g. lead scoring attribution).
Troubleshoot lead flow volume respond to marketing business operational needs and proactively monitor systems.
Key Results Areas (aka the Job Outcomes)
KPIs based on organic search web traffic funnel conversion rates Revenue Generation and ROMI Return on Marketing Investment. ClickThrough Rate (CTR Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) Conversion Rate (CVR).
Develops and executes a marketing operations strategy to increase revenue.
Leverages and maintains technology for data quality processes and reporting.
Detailed Duties:
HubSpot and Tech Administration: Administers sales and marketing platforms including HubSpot Seamless.ai Vidyard Zapier and Pandadoc.
Reporting and Dashboards: Develop all department reports attribution and dashboards to accurately report marketing performance.
Marketing Process Management: Manage target lists landing pages emails campaigns workflows scoring and qualification rules.
Program Execution: Work with the product and demand marketing mgrs. to execute programs for lead acquisition prospect and customer growth.
Documentation. The marketing operations manager needs to know how to make clear documentation. The goal is to create a knowledge base that new team members and other departments can use without additional context.
Data Quality and Governance: Develop implement and train stakeholders on campaign governance and hygiene/quality processes.
AccountBased Marketing: Manage operations of 11 1Few and 1Many ABM programs including targeting triggers and reporting.
Website Performance: Conduct SEO activities to improve site visibility and suggest improvements to improve usability and lead conversions.
REQUIREMENTS
Has 5 years of marketing operations experience in a highgrowth B2B environment and 3 years of HubSpot experience (certifications preferred).
Is datadriven and analytical; adept at identifying trends and drawing conclusions from multiple data sources.
Has deep handson experience with HubSpot including marketing automation reporting dashboards workflows attribution and sales enablement.
Understands B2B marketing and can operationalize Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs with intent data target accounts scoring and qualifying.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPS Pivot tables formulas) to analyze marketing and sales data develop insights and make optimization recommendations.
Understands the marketing technology landscape and can recommend systems and manage the RTA marketing tech stack.
Experience with web analytics tools Google tag management and basic SEO tools like SEM Rush.
Bachelor s degree with an emphasis in business marketing or related field
