Overview:

The role of Axis BPO Process (Inbound/Outbound Sales/AV DeskInsurance Profile) is crucial to the organization as it involves interacting with potential and existing customers to sell insurance products provide service and address inquiries. This position plays a key role in contributing to the revenue and growth of the insurance business through effective sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote insurance products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide information about insurance policies and coverage options.
  • Assess customers insurance needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the businesss revenue goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the AV Desk team to handle insurancerelated transactions and provide support as needed.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to secure sales and maintain customer relationships.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in the insurance industry.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share insights and best practices for improved sales performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in inbound or outbound sales preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products policies and industry regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and handle objections from customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other salesrelated software.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
