Job Description:
About the team and role
The role is focused on coverage of Institutional investors (Banks, Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMSs, Pension Fund, Insurance, etc.) for Yubi s bond platform. Specifically, the role will entail pitching credit opportunities to the above set of investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run coverage of Credit Funds, AIF, Mutual funds, Insurance and other domestic investors for credit opportunities
  • Drive legal negotiation/documentation with counterparties alongside counsel and internal product operations team
  • Working on Annual Operating plans, hiring plans, business plans & projections on a periodic basis
  • Driving cultural values & ethos within the team & ensuring cultural fitment in line with the org
  • Work as an enabler for functional heads/team managers/team leads by bridging any gaps w.r.t to technology, human resources, capital deployment
  • Assist in creating product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with other teams like tech and product

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Possess 5-10 years of relevant sales experience (preferably credit/non-flow sales)
  • Qualifications: CA / MBA from a Top institute in the country
  • Certification: CA/CFA/FRM will be given a preference
  • Understanding of products like NCDs, CPs, MLDs.
  • Be brilliant with numbers, analysing financial statements, interpreting data, and solving problems
  • Has a strong context of building and managing business relationships is comfortable across various levels of an organisation (CXOs to analysts)
  • Be the bridge between the issuers and internal teams to drive the deal closures
  • Demonstrate high level of analytical skills; judge situations and think on feet
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
