Benelux Tek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) is currently seeking highly skilled Avionics Technician for one of its clients in Everett, Seattle, Washington. Position Title: Avionics Technician

Location: Everett, Seattle, Washington

Contract Type: Full Time 6 Months (Leading to Permanent Position)


Job Overview: Ensures timely completion of a quality product for an assigned function area. Be able to step and fulfill Production Supervisor responsibility for short periods of time.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all tasks are promptly completed in compliance with federal regulations, customer guidelines and company policies and all employees are working efficiently on their assigned tasks.
  • Monitor and correct routine and non-routine labor hours prior to exceeding allotted estimated hours, that the job revision is turned in prior to exceeding estimated hours.
  • Conduct daily and impromptu crew meetings to ensure prompt communication of all significant information to maintenance crews.
  • Facilitate on the job training through work assignments and use of mentoring to provide learning opportunities and ensure timely completion of OJT paperwork per ATS requirements.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance coaching to all members of assigned crew.


Requirements:
  • Must hold an airframe certification in accordance with FAR 65 and must have had at least 24 months of practical experience in the procedures, practices, inspection methods, materials, tools, machine tools, and equipment generally used in the area of responsibility.
  • Airframe license is required.
