We should talk. Our small, domestic franchised dealership is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Professional who is ready and willing to learn the role of Automotive Finance Manager. As a Finance Manager, you will help our customers to understand and select the best finance, insurance, and aftermarket options and products available for their vehicle, and process all deals accurately and properly for an excellent customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for the attainment and gross production of financial services goals and objectives.
  
• Reviews customer credit applications.
  
• Presents extended service contracts and other owner protection programs available to customers.
  
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
  
• Assesses profitability to dealership of financing arrangements
  
• Utilizes the menu selling process.
  
• Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist.
  
• Works closely with sales team, maintains effective employee relations
  
• Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
  
• Ensures adherence to F&I reporting requirements of company.
  
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
  
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
  
• Participates in required training
  
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
  
• Demonstrates the Company s Core Values
  
• Complies with Company policies and procedures
  
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  
• Obtain AFIP Certification
  

Requirements

The chosen individual must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 3 years automotive sales experience
  
• Consistently in the top percentile of sales producers in your store
  
• Detail oriented
  
• Disciplined
  
• Coachable
  
• Willingness to learn
  
• Committed to excellence
  
• High School Diploma
  
• Must pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
