Job Description

This is a remote position.

Philippinebased (Filipino) applicants only.


This position provides primary support to managers and all staff members for payroll and accounts. The role is responsible for timely accurate and relevant processing and recording of accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

You will have experience in managing key activities and tasks such as the following:
  • Selfdevelopment and selflearning.
  • Data entry
  • Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience throughout all transactions.
  • Problemsolves basic complex issues effectively
  • Daily reconciliation of all financial transactions of 4 different entities
  • Daily trust account receipting reconciliation & reporting
  • Accounts management invoicing and receivables
  • Creditor invoices for approval data entry & payment (Weekly and when required)
  • Checking figures and reporting for accuracy
  • Ensuring all Invoices are entered and account reconciliations have been completed


Requirements

  • Australian accounting or bookkeeping experience is required
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience
  • Proven experience with Xero
  • Experience in bank reconciliation general ledger accounts payables accounts receivables and bookkeeping is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must have great attention to detail accuracy ability to follow process/system
  • Must be proactive highly organised and selfmotivated
  • Knowledge and experience in accounting for companies partnerships and trusts
  • Motivated to continue learning and progressing in their career



Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php55000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave

5. HMO Offered after 6months probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Appraisal
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 7AM to 4PM Philippine time Monday to Friday
