Audio Room Job Description:

• Build a good communication channel between users and our platform. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Provide training to improve broadcasters’ performance and monitor broadcasts’ daily work and solve problems in a daily basis
• Responsible for the performance growth of the affiliated agencies according to the indicators set by the company
• Integrate internal and external resources, be responsible for hunting new external users, agencies and anchors, promote, guide and train new and old agencies to master the relevant policies and systems of the platform.
• Cooperate with the operation department to promote the agencies to participate in large-scale platform activities and self- organized small agency activities

Job Requirements

• Excellent in English speaking and writing
• Bachelor degree, candidates with excellent ability can relax the conditions
• Understand the voice chatting / advertising industry.
• 1 year above of relevant advertising industry experience, in-depth understanding of industry effect advertising mechanism
• Good communication and coordination skills, strong teamwork ability
• Max age 30 Years
