- Manage HR Operations: Monthly Salary loans Advance & Incentives.
- Assistance In Daily Follow Ups.
- Grievances Of Employees.
- Ensuring that the HRIS is updated at all time.
- Performance management Coordination with recruitment and training teams.
Education & Experience:
- BBA or MBA
- 67 Years of experience in HR
Essential Technical Skills:
- Should have knowledge of Payroll Processing.
- Should be proficient in MS Excel.
- Should have knowledge of ERP
