ExuberantHR Consulting is a topnotch recruitment consultant and currently seeking experienced resources for the Assistant Manager HR (Generalist) role for a leading heavy infrastructure and construction subsidiary company in the iron and steel sector. Due to the confidential nature of the position the clients company name cannot be disclosed.

Job Title: Asst. Manager HR (TA50% HR Operations 40% and Admin 10%)
Location: Lower Parel Mumbai
Qualification: MBA (Full / Parttime) Any Graduate (Engineering preferred)
Experience: 5 10 Years in NonIT Industries
Industry Preference: Preferred experience in Infrastructure Construction Iron and Steel Engineering EPC Oil and gas Petrochemicals and Refineries
Salary: up to Rs. 8 Lakh per annum


Overview:
As the Assistant Manager HR you will play a crucial role in managing Talent Acquisition overseeing HR generalist activities and handling some administrative responsibilities for our corporate office. This position requires a dynamic individual who can contribute to the growth and development of our organization by attracting and retaining top talent ensuring smooth HR operations and providing effective administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition (50%):
  • Lead endtoend recruitment processes including job posting candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels including social media job boards and industry networking.

2. HR Generalist Activities (40%):
  • Provide comprehensive HR support in areas such as employee relations performance management and compliance.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on HRrelated topics and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Administrative Activities (10%):
  • Oversee general administrative tasks for the corporate office including office supplies management travel arrangements and facility maintenance.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

4. Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness employee engagement and other HR metrics.
  • Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition HR generalist functions and basic administrative tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
