Associate Visual Designer

Role Overview:

Video Editing:

Create and edit highquality video content for various platforms.

Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging video narratives.

Manage all aspects of video production including scripting shooting and editing.

Stay uptodate with the latest video editing software and techniques.

Graphic Design:

Design a range of digital assets including social media graphics banners and advertisements.

Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design briefs.

Ensure all designs are visually compelling and aligned with brand guidelines.

Provide creative input on projects from a visual design perspective.

Email Newsletter Creation:

Design and send weekly email newsletters.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure that the provided content is effectively incorporated into the newsletters.

Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns making adjustments as necessary.

Ensure all newsletters are optimized for both desktop and mobile viewing.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Multimedia Design Graphic Design or a related field.

35 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop and Illustrator).

Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
