Associate Quality Assurance

• Understand content and software requirements and implement quality assurance best practices
  
• Help create test cases and test data for automation and/or creation enhancement and debugging; execute automation test cases (manual/automated)
  
• Report and analyse defects while working closely with content teams and developers
  
• Perform analysis of test results and track softwaretesting metrics
  
• Coordinate with senior members to help prepare test reports
  
• Execute regression tests and contribute to change management practices
  
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop solutions
  
• Implement and adhere to coding standards and best practices
  

Requirements

• Willingness to work in the UK or US shifts
  
• Graduate in engineering technology computer science or related field
  
• Over two years of professional work experience in software testing and quality assurance both manual and automated
  
• Experience in testing website content and web applications
  
• Proficiency in different types of functional and nonfunctional testing
  
• Exposure to test automation frameworks (for e.g. Selenium WebDriver and TestNG) and relevant code libraries
  
• Ability to work independently as a test engineer
  
• Sound understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices
  
• Ability to adapt to changes and learn new tools and practices
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Knowledge of financial services (preferred)
