Associate QC Engineer

What we re looking for:

As a QC Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our tech enhanced civil engineering projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams to implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes throughout the project life cycle. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail a deep understanding of civil engineering foundational principles of Artificial Intelligence and a passion for delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements

What you ll be doing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control/assurance practices.
  
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to establish quality standards and objectives.
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of QC checklist and quality assurance processes.
  
• Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings deviations from standards and recommended corrective actions.
  
• Work closely with project teams to address qualityrelated issues and implement corrective actions.
  
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on quality assurance status and collaborate on solutions.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to quality control/assurance procedures.
  
• Stay current with industry best practices standards and regulations to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery related to tech driven civil engineering projects.
  

What you ll bring along:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
  
• 01 year of experience as a QC Engineer in the civil engineering industry particularly in Transportation sector.
  
• Indepth knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction materials.
  
• Knowledge of pavement assessment techniques and understandings of asset management is preferred.
  
• Good understanding of relevant codes standards and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Detailoriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  
• Certifications in quality management and relevant areas are a plus.
