Job Description: Associate Manager / Manager CRM
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CRM head to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing the complete call center and make sure that all the things are maintained as per simple standard.
- Generate reports and analytics based on the customer data.
- Audit the call center for performance quality and efficiency.
- Solve any customer complaint or escalation with other CFTs.
- Ensure highest quality customer experience and take necessary steps to ensure that.
- Provide necessary insights for sales marketing engineering and other respective departments.
- Conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction.
You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:
- Any bachelor s degree or masters.
- 5 10years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Superior product knowledge.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
