  • You are an HR Consultant with existing clients but hate recruitment with a passion, and would much rather earn a commission-split and not deal with the recruitment yourself!
  • You have a strong IT, CyberSecurity or IT Sales background and cancomfortable sit across from a CIO, CTO, CEO, MD or FD taking down requirements, and talk the 'lingo'

Founded in 2013 in Oxford, now based in Marlow we are an infrastructure-lite, quality-focused, dynamic business / recruitment solutions firm specialising in executive search, financial recruitment and senior hard-to-fill technology roles (both permanent and contract), and resourcing services which focus on finding the RIGHT person for the job.
All our consultants may be home-based, and we are able to work in a virtual office environment with world-class SAAS systems and processes. The business is split into separate sales and delivery teams meaning we don't operate under the traditional 360 recruiter model - you bring in the roles, the Consultants will identify and vet the shortlisted Candidates for you.
The Role
Recruitment / Associate Director - with a Business Development & Consultant portfolio
Location -The appointee will work from home and may be based anywhere within a realistic travel time of London. Frequent travel will be required to customer offices in and around London and M4 corridor once safe to do so. Your Colleagues are based in Marlow, Oxford, Wallingford, Reading and London respectively.

Key Objectives -To pursue and create relationships with new clients and to manage relationships with existing clients, in both instances improving relationships, selling our services and winning retained executive as well as general contingency recruitment assignments.

Role Function and Key Responsibilities
To successfully sell and manage delivery of executive / senior / general recruitment projects across Europe or further afield. To create new client relationships, reactivate and manage relationships with existing leads.
To identify and develop prospective new clients (using Innovantage / similar). To create and subsequently manage, grow and improve long-term relationships with key Senior stakeholders within these companies and to gain a detailed understanding of their requirements and operations so that services may be matched to their requirements and us positioned as the supplier of choice.
Furthermore, whenever possible, to ensure that we gain preferred supplier status with clients, managing all necessary negotiations.
To maintain relationships with colleagues within the business network.
To work collaboratively with stakeholders on recruitment projects and other initiatives, ensuring they are provided with clear directions and measurable outcomes as appropriate and to provide them with the support, knowledge management and advice they may require. Furthermore, to endeavour that all colleagues provide a consistent, coherent and joined-up message to clients at all times regarding solutions, services and capabilities.
To achieve or exceed the personal and commercial targets set, particularly those related to conversion of opportunities, margin and growth through new client accounts. Furthermore, to maintain a detailed sales pipeline on our CRM that will ensure timely notice of new business wins and to provide accurate and realistic forecasting, reporting and other relevant information to senior management as required. To ensure that all personal and assignment activity is recorded on the company s ATS.
To build a detailed understanding of our services and capabilities, as well as of its competitors, current and prospective customers and the broader executive recruitment marketplace. To utilise the information and insight thus gained for competitive commercial advantage.
Experience, skills & personal attributes
A proven and successful track record in executive/senior recruitment, either working for a recruitment consultancy or for oneself. This will include the ability to create and manage relationships with current and prospective clients, to establish a pipeline of business, to compete for and win retained and contingent recruitment assignments.
This experience may have been gained delivering recruitment services or HR services to customers in any sector but, ideally, the appointee will have a particular track record in one industry in which they are seen (or could be seen) as a specialist and thought leader.
Your experience may not be directly related to executive recruitment services, but you will most certainly have a strong business background with knowledge and networks within an industry or sector and possess the ability to compete for and win new business.
Commercially focused, creative, confident, self-driven and inventive, able to originate complex commercial solutions. Patient and tenacious when required.
Excellent communications skills the ability to listen and to communicate complex commercial solutions confidently yet sensitively to both internal and external parties with equal skill.
Outstanding organisational, collaborative, inspirational, analytical, influencing and motivational skills. High levels of personal initiative, motivation, credibility and integrity, able to manage one s own diary and to self-start.
This is anAssociate Director role, self employed with a commission split, with an uncapped annual OTE of 70K+++ per annum.
You bring in the work, the Resourcing Team will do all the work of placing the vacancies for you.
We will cover expenses such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, train tickets, coffees etc and provide you with a VOIP phone.
You get to be a part of a tightknit team of Resourcing Professionals and you get to earn 20%+ of whatever business you bring in.
