Additional capability:
Candidates with experience in operations projects will be an advantage
Business process mapping, gap analysis, process optimization, supply chain
optimization (including network planning, warehouse optimization, inventory
optimization), SOPs & KPIs development, procurement operations optimization,
etc.
Additional requirements:
Knowledge of Databases such as CapitalIQ, CMIE, ISI Emerging Markets, Capitaline etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with specific focus on Power Point
presentation and excel
Key responsibility:
Support in pitching new clients which will include preparing pitching material and
proposals
Support project leader and members in meeting the project deliverables
Ability to independently take care of a particular project module/ activity and takes its
ownership and responsibility
Self-motivated with capability to independently identify solutions of project challenges
faced
Open to work for varied consulting projects in multiple sectors
Willing to travel across locations and working on multiple projects at a time
Effective oral and written communication and teamwork skills with an ability to interact
effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to "C" suite
executives
