Position Overview: We are currently seeking a licensed Nevada and California attorney to join our Las Vegas office as a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney. In this role you will report directly to a partner and based on your legal experience become the primary handling attorney on your cases. Your responsibilities will include court appearances discovery depositions motions mediations pretrial preparation trial participation and client updates.
