We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives fostering employee engagement and supporting talent management efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational success and employee satisfaction through effective HR leadership and support.

Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement Initiatives:
  • Plan and organize engaging events and activities to foster team collaboration social connections and morale.
  • Coordinate teambuilding activities offsite retreats volunteer opportunities and social gatherings to strengthen relationships and build a sense of community.
  • Solicit employee input and preferences to tailor events to their interests and preferences ensuring maximum participation and engagement.
  • Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration and teambuilding activities to strengthen relationships among employees and promote a sense of belonging and camaraderie.
  • Organize wellness challenges fitness classes mental health workshops and stress management sessions to promote physical and emotional wellness.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement recognition and reward programs.
  • Implement and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements contributions and milestones.
  • Design creative recognition initiatives such as employee of the month awards peertopeer recognition programs and spot bonuses to foster a culture of appreciation and recognition.

Employee Welfare & Administration:
  • Provide HR business partner support to employees and facilitate employee lifecycle management.
  • Conduct regular checkins with employees to assess their needs address concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires including orientation and documentation.
  • Analyze and manage various HR data points in realtime as required.
  • Coordinate daytoday office operations including inventory management pantry supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for officerelated tasks and employee engagement activities such as organizing events and celebrations.

Travel Desk & Reimbursement Management:
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements including flights and accommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel and reimbursement policies.
  • Verify reimbursement requests to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Manage travelrelated documentation such as visas passports and insurance.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and best practices.

Talent Acquisition Support (As needed):
  • Contribute to the recruitment process for priority positions including job postings resume screening and interview coordination.
  • Conduct followups with candidates and facilitate offer rollouts.

Management of HR Tools and Platforms:
  • Maintain and update internal HR platforms such as Lady Leena (Internal Chatbot) including user management database synchronization and workflow triggers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the bots accuracy and relevance.
  • Stay informed about updates to web views and deploy relevant policies and announcements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in office administration employee welfare or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office software.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
