- Activate the sale to reach the sales goal set by the company’s management (Target)
- Team management and distribution of tasks to department officials and crisis management according to work priorities
- Follow up the evaluation of employees according to the performance evaluation procedures followed in the company
- Hold periodic meetings according to at least once a month to discuss the performance of employees, hear their suggestions and solve their problems
- Facilitating sales operations in terms of ensuring customer satisfaction and solving their problems
- Receipt of goods and follow-up of the suspensions and alignment with the concerned authorities
