Be part of our client s team as an Assistant Property Manager contributing essential support to the Property Supervisor in efficiently managing commercial and residential properties. Reporting directly to the Property Supervisor this role involves key responsibilities vital to the seamless operation of our diverse property portfolio.

• Communicate with tenants and handle all issues and inquiries.
  
• Oversee the moveout and lease renewal processes.
  
• Manage lease renewals roommate changes and moveout responsibilities.
  
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and follow up with tenants.
  
• Schedule vendors create purchase orders and coordinate deliveries.
  
• Generate weekly and monthly reports including WSR ARN and other spreadsheets.
  
• Handle legal matters including filing evictions small claims and attending court when necessary.
  

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Property Management.
  
• Knowledge of maintenance operations property management concepts and terms.
  
• Strong organizational written and verbal communication problemsolving and time management skills.
  
• Flexibility to shift attention between priorities ability to work in a team and defuse tense situations with residents or managers.
  
• Positive communication skills always presenting oneself professionally and ability to follow directions with minimal guidance.
  
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Excellent multitasking organizational and collections skills.
