Job Description

Big Max Construction LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who is experienced with the construction industry, computer programs, and basic project management and estimating processes.

Job Description:
Tracks project cost expenditures and administering subcontractor contracts.
Maintains project database for RFI, testing, CO and related logs.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans, consulting with management.
Budget tracking, report documentation and management, general administrative duties.
Maintains company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
This role has a lot of potential for growth for the right individual within our organization.

Required Skills:
2+ years of multi-department administrative experience & prior experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore experience a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, working independently much of the time.
Professional mannerism & Dependability.
