Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Production Manager in planning and scheduling all entertainment and activities on board a cruise ship
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of all shows and events
Oversee the recruitment training and management of production staff including performers technicians and other crew members
Monitor and maintain inventory of all production equipment and supplies
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed during rehearsals and performances
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming shows and events
Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to production staff to improve performance and maintain highquality standards
Assist with budget management and cost control measures
Handle any guest complaints or concerns related to production and entertainment activities
Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for new and innovative entertainment ideas
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Theater Performing Arts or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management preferably in the entertainment industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of technical aspects of production including lighting sound and stage management
Experience in budget management and cost control
Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as needed
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents for international travel
