Responsibilties:
HR MIS Functions:
Lead the development implementation and maintenance of HR MIS systems.
Generate comprehensive reports on key HR metrics including attendance turnover and other relevant data.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.
Data Management:
Oversee the management and maintenance of employee databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Implement and enforce data security measures to safeguard sensitive HR information.
Compliance:
Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations pertaining to HR data management.
Prepare and submit HR reports to regulatory authorities ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to HR staff and other endusers on the effective use of MIS tools and systems.
Address and resolve any issues related to HR MIS systems promptly.
Qualifications:
Post Graduate degree in MSW or a related field.
Minimum 78 years of experience in HR MIS functions.
Proven expertise in Time Attendance Software particularly MATRIX.
Experience in SAP and Power BI for HR processes and reporting.
Previous exposure to managing HR MIS in companies
MIS Software Expertise:
Proficient in utilizing Time Attendance Software specifically MATRIX.
Handson experience in SAP for HR processes and data management.
Competent in utilizing Power BI for data visualization reporting and analysis.
