Designation Assistant Manager HR & Admin
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Independently responsible for contractor manpower recruitment including preparing job descriptions analysing job requirements and finalizing candidates. Design and implementation of sourcing strategy.
2. Ensuring compliance of SOPs and company policies for contractor employees.
3. Should be able to design the role & responsibilities for the contractors and able handle their compliance.
4. Ensuring optimum utilization of human resources i.e. manpower planning and deployment.
5. Able to handle independently all administration activity like as Housekeeping/ Contract Management/Travel Desk/ Transportation for employees/ Booking tickets & Hotels / Canteen Management/ Pantry Management/ Vehicle Management/ Garden Development/ Security Management /Time Office Management/ Guest & Visitor Management/ Uniform/Insurance Management .
6. Should be able to introduce new HR initiatives like linking pay to performance reward and recognition policy etc.
7. Preferably an exposure in an ERP or online HR processes.
8. Well knowledge about the health & Safety of plant and rules.
9. Plant compliance Contract Labour/PF/ESI/Factory Act/Gratuity/ Bonus /WCP Minimum Wages & Payment wages and other labour Law & Pollution control board rules & regulation.
10. Ensure all HR Operation processes meet the benchmarks
